After you have REGISTERED with Inceed for a contract position, we will work on identifying contract assignments that fit your skillsets and other specified requirements.
Once we have identified a potential assignment, Inceed will discuss the details of the position with you - name of client, location, job requirements, length of project and compensation to determine your interest. Inceed will not send your resume or other information without contacting you first.
Inceed will then arrange for an interview between you and our client. With your permission, we will provide the client with a copy of your resume, as well as the results from our technical interview and reference checks.
Once you begin your assignment, Inceed will provide you with timesheets to be filled out daily and signed by the client supervisor.
PAYCHECKS:
You will be paid once a week. Timesheets are due by 1:00 p.m. each Monday. Should Monday fall on a holiday, please submit signed timesheets on the prior Friday before 7:00 pm. An Inceed representative can help you with any questions regarding pay cycles.
HOLIDAY PAY:
As a reward to contract employees who have met certain minimum work requirements, Inceed offers holiday pay equal to eight hours at your contracted hourly rate. There are six paid holidays recognized by Inceed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
VACATION PAY
Inceed offers vacation pay to those contractors with whom we have enjoyed a long-term relationship. Each time you are paid for 1,500 hours worked, you will qualify for vacation pay of 40 hours assuming there has not been a break in service of longer than eight (8) months. Your vacation pay will be paid based on your hourly rate.
